Shipping Policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery time: Varies by destination. All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

4.1 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4.2 SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes (from dispatch):

  • Standard Domestic: 7–10 business days
  • Standard International: 10–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.

4.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Velora ships internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. By placing an international order, you accept that Velora has no control over customs clearance timelines.

4.4 ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Velora is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@shopveloraessentials.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

4.5 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, and surrounding areas.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a trace claim.
  • Contact us at support@shopveloraessentials.comwithin 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Velora is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked delivered.

4.6 SHIPPING DELAYS

Velora is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, or postal strikes. We will notify customers of significant delays where possible.

4.7 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at support@shopveloraessentials.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
