1.1 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
- The item is in its original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
1.2 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Downloadable digital products or software.
- Gift cards and store credit.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Perishable goods, food, or health consumables.
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved products.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
1.3 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, contact Velora customer support at support@shopveloraessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
1.4 REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
1.5 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
1.6 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective / wrong items: Velora covers return shipping.
- Change of mind / customer preference: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
1.7 EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
1.8 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@shopveloraessentials.com.
